The council also manages The Hedgecock Bequest.  The latter is a trust fund that earns distributable funds of around £24,000 p.a.  Mainly given out in amounts of a couple of hundred pounds and claims in excess of £1000 are not considered.  There is no application form, applicants should write in, outlining their project and including any supporting documentation.
